Zhejiang Chouzhou Commercial Bank (the "Bank" or "we") was initially established in 1987. The Bank completed the shareholding system transformation in 2005 and was transformed into a commercial bank from a local urban credit cooperative in 2006. For the past 30-plus years, we have been committed to being the commercial and financial partner of small and micro enterprises and market merchants. From taking root in Yiwu, the world's largest commodity distribution center, to making our way into the core area of the Yangtze River Delta economic circle, we have, all along, kept pace with market economy and paid attention to the financial service needs of small and micro customers.
Thanks to the implementation of the "going-global" strategy, we have successfully stepped out of Yiwu and established a full presence in the Yangtze River Delta since 2006. Branches and rural outlets have been set up in nine provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government) in China, and our reputation and influence have been improving step by step. By the end of 2021, the registered capital of the Bank had reached RMB 3.5 billion, total assets had exceeded RMB 270 billion, and more than 200 branches and rural outlets had been set up in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Fujian, Guangdong, Chongqing, Sichuan, Jiangxi and Yunnan, including 15 branches and management departments, Zhejiang Chouzhou Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., and 9 rural banks.
