In order to provide you with higher-quality, efficient, and convenient financial services, our bank will be performing a system optimization and upgrade from 18:00 on August 23, 2024 (Friday) to 08:00 on August 26, 2024 (Monday). During this upgrade period, all external business operations will be suspended. Please be informed of the following details:
1.During the upgrade, all our branch offices across the region will suspend external services. All service channels (online banking, mobile banking, WeChat banking, telephone banking, self-service terminals, mobile business operations, intelligent counters, international business, wealth management, credit cards, Fanrong E-Chain,rural financial service station, recharge and payment services, and third-party quick payments) and intermediary services (judicial freezing and deduction, agency payment and collection, pre-sale housing fund supervision, comprehensive payments, and utility bill deductions) will not be available. SMS notification services will also be suspended. Please make necessary arrangements for any funds usage or transfers in advance to avoid the system upgrade period.
2.If you have any loans maturing during the upgrade period requiring repayment of principal and interest, please deposit the full repayment amount into the repayment account before 18:00 on August 23, 2024, and contact your bank account manager in advance to complete the necessary procedures.
3.If you have any bills that are due for payment during the upgrade period, please deposit the full payment amount into the issuer's settlement account at our bank before 18:00 on August 23, 2024.
4.During the upgrade, merchants can continue to receive payments through QR code scanning. However, we will not process new merchant network applications, changes to merchant information, or changes in settlement methods during this period. Additionally, the merchant collection message push function in corporate mobile banking will be closed early at 21:00 on August 22, 2024. From 23:00 on August 22, 2024, to August 25, 2024, all merchant QR code payment transactions (including D0, D1, and T1 settlement methods) will have their settlement funds delayed until August 26, 2024.
